Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are HANDMADE and produced within 1- 4 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, please contact us via email or chat.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping worldwide is free.

We ship our products worldwide. The parcels will be sent from our Polish stock or from directly from the Manufacturing Department in Ukraine.

Fast Express Shipping is possible at your special request 5-10 business days via UPS.

We do not offer delivery to Military bases


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active on link placed in confirmation email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

STRYI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Our team provides all the shipping documents you need for fast and easy clearance at your request, so you can apply to us for any support on it.

Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us via emal to file a claim with photos of damaging of package and other  within 2 days after final delivery.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
